A waterjet utilizes a 60,000 PSI high pressure stream of water with abrasives to erode a narrow line in the stock material. With a 5′ x 10′ cutting capacity, we can cut a wide range of materials with high accuracy from tool steel to titanium to foam, rubber, wood, plastics, ceramics, stone, gaskets, and even granite.  This is a cold process, so there is no surface hardening or “skin” on high carbon steels.  There is also no heat induced warping.   Our fast, efficient service will keep your project on time.  Industries and other areas that benefit from waterjet cutting include government, industrial manufacturing, artists, contractors, commercial flooring, custom knife makers, bit and spur makers, commercial signage, homeowners, and more.  Whatever your needs, we are here to help guide you through the process and deliver amazing results!
